It’s not opinion, it’s fact: The early episodes of Beavis and Butt-head are awful. We have the data to prove it… and the chance to dive deep and explore why the first three seasons of this show do not stand the test of time. From the expectations of animation (sadly, we bring up “My Pet Monster”) to the challenge of teaching a whole staff of writers and animators your vision (and, well, figuring out what that vision is), we try to explore why it took Beavis and Butt-head 60 episodes to find its footing.

Patrick’s infographic (please share, but do not alter):

An infographic that shows IMDb ratings for every episode of the classic Beavis and Butt-Head series that aired from 1993-1997. Episodes from the first three seasons comprise the most of the worst-rated episodes, whereas the latter seasons show consistently higher ratings overall.
